One shot after ages.

I had not known that I would pay
for dreaming up a dream..
Now barren - bereft for dreams have died
and I am as empty....

  3. I agree with Brian. There is a cost, and I also believe there is disappointments because dreams always make us expect much more than what there really is.

  4. Always some sort of cost, as said, but sometimes it can be an added benefit. Although expectations are usually higher than the reality.

  8. OUCH!! But do dreams ever really die? I have a feeling they go into hibernation and come back when we least expect them..
    But I hear ya, Budhaaah.. I totally do! There is a price to be paid for dreaming up those dreams alright.. *sigh*
