Do you know what is
And can be..
Each creature
is wrapped in
his/her own reality
I hope we can
appreciate all
that there is –
We simply cant tell
the cosmos -
‘I want a Mulligan...a do over
Please’

Absolutely right. I liked this, read it three times and liked each reading more than the last.
ReplyDeleteEveryone gets second chance, nay, as many chances until we are perfect. What we are to do? Just floating..
ReplyDeleteDear Budh.aaah
ReplyDeleteYes I agree... we can not expect a re-design or a recall of cosmic design... I liked your words.. 'Each creature
is wrapped in
his/her own reality '
So perfect in its thought...

ReplyDeleteOh to have a do over....brilliant!
ReplyDeletecheers
Gratitude seems to be so distant sometimes.
ReplyDeleteAwesome piece as always!
Mulligan, haven't heard that word for a long time. Lovely little piece, thanks.
ReplyDeleteWouldn't it be great if we could have mulligans. My hubby won't even let me take them in golf!
ReplyDeleteYour poem is direct and effective.
Lovely poem. I agree. I wish we could appreciate all the Cosmos has to offer.
ReplyDeleteOk my dear freinds,
ReplyDeleteThank you all so much for your love and support/kind words.
I too have used this word after ages and nobody seems to use it anymore.more's the pity because it is such a nice quaint word.
I got the idea from a very good friend Rick who had used it in his recent post. Loved it so decided could use it for Jingle's theme of 'cosmos'. Thanks Rick, they all semmed to like it :)
Hi Jo,
ReplyDeleteWords are free for all to use. Only some words should be used more often...love, cherish and hope.
Beautiful poem.
Rick
